Effective Manager-Leader Through the Coaching Methodology
Lead With Impact, Enhance Your Team’s Performance & StrengthenYour Influence With Modern Leadership Strategies And Skills!
Management is the process of achieving business results through effective planning, organization, and coordination of both material and human resources.
The challenge lies in aligning employees' ways of working with the company's vision, goals, and policies while maintaining their motivation for focused and productive action. This is the manager's role. In practice, a manager must work with individuals of different personalities, knowledge levels, and experiences, ensuring they understand what needs to be done and why it is important to do it correctly. Additionally, motivating different individuals is not an easy task, as each person has unique incentives, perspectives, and cultural backgrounds. On the other hand, leadership is about inspiring people to achieve a higher purpose, influencing them, and earning their respect through the leader's personality, competence, and ability to recognize and harness the strengths of each team member. To be effective in a senior role, one must integrate both managerial skills and leadership qualities. Traditional management and leadership models—rooted in hierarchical structures and authority based on position—are increasingly ineffective in today’s dynamic workplace. |
A human-centred coaching approach is far better suited for modern management and leadership. It fosters self-initiative through thought-provoking questions (the Socratic method), empowers individuals, and enhances performance through giving and receiving regular feedback.
This training programme is designed for managers, supervisors, and executives seeking to strengthen their leadership skills. It provides the knowledge, tools, and techniques needed to lead teams more effectively and drive exceptional results. Participants will explore the five core managerial responsibilities, along with essential skills in team building, goal setting, motivation, and performance tracking. The programme also introduces key coaching principles and models, including G.R.O.W and O.S.C.A.R., equipping leaders with a framework for guiding their teams towards success. |
