Organizational Design & Human Resources Performance
With this service, we collaborate on organizing the tasks, roles, duties, and responsibilities within your company, evaluating the Human Resources, and improving their performance.
We discuss with management the challenges and issues related to the organization and performance of Human Resources, as well as the development goals. Subsequently, we conduct interviews with employees and company executives and provide tailored questionnaires to document their current responsibilities, the obstacles they face, their level of engagement, and their skill profiles (strengths and weaknesses). We then make recommendations, design reorganization solutions, and work them through with management. |
Our proposals include:
- Reorganization of roles, responsibilities, and operational methods - Definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) - Description of the desired traits for position holders - A performance review and rewards system - Training and upskilling interventions Finally, we provide coaching* for company staff to clarify roles, foster team spirit, implement effective operational practices, enhance individual skills, and inspire employees to take action. |
